Study employee's efficiency

To study overall employee's efficiency:


1.In any mode where the list of employees is displayed on the navigation panel choose the employee you want to know about.
2.The overview information about the employee is displayed on the properties panel:
"Skills" — employee's skills. You can change the set of employee's skills in the employee context menu or in the employee properties window;
"Engaged in" — shows the number of projects in which the employee is engaged in. Inactive projects are counted only if the Inactive projects flag is set. Learn more...
"Period" — a period of time during which an employee is engaged in jobs according to the information stored in ProjectsProfiler (planned period in total: including all projects and non-project activities). A date in brackets is the forecasted end of employee engagement date of calculated by ProjectsProfiler on the basis of  actual completion. Learn more...
"Hours completed" — an amount and percentage of work done to the overall volume that must be done by an employee (planned in total: including all projects and non-project activities). If project data import is made considering employee's efficiency, the value of planned volumes in ProjectsProfiler and in the external system may differ. Learn more...
"Tasks completed" — a number of tasks completed by an employee (tasks from a plan composed in an external system) and a percentage of the completed tasks to the planned tasks for a given employee.
3.Choose Employees, Projects mode on the navigation panel.
4.Study the overall employee's efficiency, using tooltips on the diagram panel:
in the "Ribbons" diagram a tooltip appears when the mouse is over any "ribbon" area. Learn more...

To study employee's efficiency in a particular project:


1.Choose the Projects, employees mode on the navigation panel.
2.For the project you are interested in expand the second level of the object tree.
3.Study employee's efficiency in the project using the tooltips in the diagram panel:
in the "Ribbons" diagram a tooltip appears when the mouse is over any "ribbon" area. Learn more...

4.To show the project employees' workload in the "Layer cake" diagram choose any employee on the navigation panel.
5.Study project employees' efficiency using tooltips on the diagram panel in the "Layer cake" diagram (tooltip appears when the mouse is over any "pie" layer). Learn more...
6.Study the list of jobs which one or another employee is engaged in and the information about the remaining (not yet performed) job. It can be done by pressing Edit mode button on the toolbar. As a result for the employee selected in the object tree the list of jobs in which he/she is occupied in is displayed on the properties panel. Learn more...
7.Exit the edit mode by clicking the Edit mode button on the toolbar.
